Toronto Maple Leafs assign Brenner to Condorstown

The Condors added a new face to the lineup Saturday night, as F Tyler Brenner was assigned to Bakersfield by the Toronto Maple Leafs. The second-year forward split his rookie season in 2011-12 between the Toronto Marlies in the American Hockey League and the Reading Royals in the ECHL. With Reading he posted nine points (3g-6a) in 20 games, and added three points (1g-2a) in 21 AHL games in Toronto. In his three-year collegiate career at Rochester Institute of Technology, Brenner racked up 102 points (55g-47a) in 108 games.
