Condors Players will Visit Jamison Center for Christmas Play Thursday

Condors Toy Drive Wednesday; Santa to be in Condorstown

This Week in Condorstown:

Monday, Dec. 10: Mascot Colonel Claw'd will be present at Del Rio Elementary School from 1:15 to 2 p.m. at the school's choir assembly. During the ceremony Community Relations Manager Brian Marsh will present a check to the Del Rio Elementary School Choir for their fundraising efforts.

Tuesday, Dec. 11: Mascot Baby Cal will join the 106.1 KRAB Radio van at the Fastrip Food Store, located at 6401 South H Street, from noon to 1 p.m. Stop by for a chance to win prizes and giveaways.

Wednesday, Dec. 12: Captain Sean Venedam will be live in the studio on recently launched sports talk show, "There It Is!," on the All- New KGEO AM1230, from 7-8am. Fans are invited to listen and call in to the show (631-1230) to talk about the Condors.

Wednesday, Dec. 12: The Condors will take on their Highway 99 rivals the Fresno Falcons, as they hold their fourth annual Toy Drive, sponsored by ABC23 and R&D Leather Furniture. Fans that donate a new, unwrapped gift can receive $1.00 terrace admission to Wednesday's game. The toys will be given to children who otherwise would not be receiving Christmas gifts this holiday season. Santa Claus will also be on hand encouraging fans to donate gifts, will drop the ceremonial first puck and will be available on the concourse during intermissions for photos. Doors open at 6 p.m. Puck drops at 7 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 13: The Jamison Center will be putting on a Christmas show at 3 p.m. Condors players (TBD) and mascot Colonel Claw'd will be in attendance to watch the play, visit with kids and sign autographs after the show.

Thursday, Dec. 13: The Condors Coach's Show will be pre-recorded this week, as the team departs for Stockton for Friday's game. The Condors Coach's Show airs from 6 to 7 p.m. with Condors players, Head Coach Marty Raymond and the "Voice of the Condors" Kevin Bartl on the All-New KGEO AM1230.

 

Saturday, Dec. 15: Mascot Baby Cal and Condors front office staff members will help Stay Focused Ministries distribute the toys collected during the Condors Toy Drive to less fortunate children. The Christmas Giveaway will begin at 1 p.m. at the Community Resource Center located at 1600 Belle Terrace.

Saturday, Dec. 15: The Condors will battle the Western Division leading Victoria Salmon Kings. Dora the Explorer will be visiting The Nest, to mingle and take photos with fans courtesy of Bright House Networks, 101.5 KGFM and Instant Storage. A special ceremony will also be held for Condors great Jamie Cooke as the team retires his #28. It will also be the second Condors Kids Club Night of the season Doors open at 6 p.m. Puck drops at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 19: Players (TBD) and mascot Baby Cal will bring holiday cheer to the children in the pediatric unit of Memorial Hospital at 12:30 p.m. The Condors players and mascot will bring Condors goodies, read to the kids and sign autographs.

Sign-ups are continuing for the Condors Kids Club. The cost for the 2007-08 10th Anniversary Season is just $25.
