Condors T.H.I.N.K. program grand prize winner to be presented with personal computer Wednesday
Condors set to clean Ming Avenue as part of Adopt-A-Highway Saturday

Wednesday, May 7: Condors mascot Colonel Claw'd will appear at
Panama
Elementary School from 9 to 10 a.m. as a Celebrity Reader. The Colonel will act out scenes from a children's book while the story is read aloud.
Wednesday, May 7: Condors players Sean Venedam and Andrew Ianiero will visit the Centennial High School journalism class at 1:30 p.m. Venedam and Ianiero will be speaking to the students on their careers as professional athletes, about the Condors Student Journalist Program and answer any question the aspiring journalist may have.
Thursday, May 8: Mascot Colonel Claw'd and Condors D Scott Balan will assist at the red ribbon cutting ceremony at the grand opening of a new roller hockey rink at
Saunders
Park at 3 p.m. The roller hockey rink is located at
3300 Palm Street and will soon have open stick time as well as roller hockey leagues. For more information, contact

Thursday, May 8: Condors front office staff will have an information table at the CSUB Athletics Spring Barbeque at the CSUB Icardo Center from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Fans can stop by the Condors table for their chance to win Condors gear and get information about next season. General pre-sale tickets are only $25 and can be purchased at 654-BLUE, proceeds go to support CSUB athletics.
Friday, May 9: Mascot Colonel Claw'd and Condors front office staff members, along with representatives from Diamond Technologies and Mercy and
Memorial
Hospitals, will present Ian Stevenson with a state-of-the-art computer at 2 p.m. at
Fruitvale Jr.
High School. Stevenson's name was drawn from nearly 4,000 students that entered in the drawing through the Condors T.H.I.N.K. Program, which awards students for academic achievement.
Friday, May 9: Mascot Colonel Claw'd will attend the Evergreen Elementary School Carnival from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. In addition to many other activities and games, the Condors Slapshot will be available for children and adults to test out their hockey skills.
Saturday, May 10: Condors front office staff members will be out doing their part to keep our community beautiful through the Adopt-
A- Highway program. Staff members and

Cal are set to clean

Gosford Road starting at 9 a.m.
Saturday, May 10: Condors Captain Sean Venedam will attend a dinner fundraiser for
Liberty
High School's James Liles, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. The dinner and auction for Liles, who has been at the UCLA medical center for the past three weeks, will be held in the Liberty High School Cafeteria beginning at 5 p.m. One of the many auction items available will be a Condors gift basket.

Wednesday, May 14: Condors mascot Baby Cal will hang out with her mascot buddy, Heater the Dragon the Bakersfield Blaze mascot, at the Blaze Field Trip Day baseball game at 10:30 a.m. at Sam Lynn Ballpark.
Thursday, May 15: It's
Bakersfield's Bike- to-Work day and a Condors player (TBD) and Colonel Claw'd will be joining a number of bike enthusiasts and other local celebrities on a bike ride from
Beach
Park to the Spot Light Cafe downtown, starting at 7 a.m.
