D Sasha Pokulok, fresh off of his overtime game-winning goal on Saturday, will visit the ABC23 studio for a 6:30 a.m. appearance on Good Morning Kern County, hosted by Mike Hart.

Friday, Jan. 8
The Condors host Team Flag Giveaway Night, presented by ABC23, Fox Sports Radio 970 and Three-Way Automotive Group at 7 p.m. at Rabobank Arena. The first 2,000 fans 18 and older will receive a 3'X5' Condors Team Flag. It's also ABC23, SC Architect and Kern County Firefighters Classroom Champions Night. Students who achieve outstanding attendance levels will receive a complimentary ticket to the evening's game. If you are an administrator or teacher at a local school and feel your students deserve a reward to an upcoming Condors game because of outstanding attendance, call the Condors office at 324-PUCK (7825).

Players Visit Bakersfield Memorial Hospital
F Andrew Ianiero, RW Erick Lizon and G Josh Johnson visited Bakersfield Memorial Hospital pediatric department last Wednesday. The players delivered teddy bears from the November 28 Teddy Bear Toss game and an assortment of Condors souvenirs to the kids at the hospital.

"The Condors may be dynamic on the ice...but they're equally superstars in the community," said Michelle Willow, Marketing/Communication Manager at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. "We truly appreciate the players taking time from their hectic schedules to visit our Pediatrics Department at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital.  It offers parents a nice reprieve from the stress and worry of having a child in the hospital, and the kids enjoy meeting local sport celebrities...even the littlest fans can't help smile when the guys visit."
