A: Yes, he is injured. Ryan had injury issues at the beginning of the season in San Antonio, and they were aggrevated a few weeks ago. He is currently on the 21-day IR but his prognosis for returning isn't any time soon.

In the meantime he can be seen behind the Condors bench assisting Marty Raymond during games, and has also been doing video work and helping with injured players, running drills, skating them after practice, etc. Basically, assistant coach-type stuff.
