Skate With the Team following the game
on Sunday
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors, official ECHL affiliate of the Anaheim Ducks, return
home this week for four games in five days on the Mercy and Memorial Hospitals Home Ice at Rabobank Arena. Wednesday
marks Field Trip/Businesperson's Special
with a matinee start time of 10:30 a.m. against Ontario. Then,
the Condors play on three consecutive days, all against Alaska, beginning with Trading Card Collectors Set Night on Friday. Rivalry Night/Poster Giveaway on Saturday and Nickelodeon's Cosmo
& Wanda Appearance and Skate
with the Team on Sunday. Friday and Saturday's games begin at 7 p.m, and
Sunday's game starts at 5 p.m. Doors open an hour before the drop
of the puck, each game.
With
a 10:30 a.m. start for Businessperson Special/Field
Trip Day Game, sponsored by My 45, HOT 94.1 and The Department of Public Health, Wednesday is a
great opportunity to come have lunch with the Condors, with special $10 tickets for
all seating locations for all those businesspeople looking for a
mid-day break. Call 324-PUCK (7825) for the chance to sit in the lower bowl for
just $10, while tickets last. Also, educational handouts and in-game activities
will be geared towards learning, for the thousands of kids coming through the
turnstiles.

Friday
is the beginning of a Condors-filled weekend, which begins with Trading Card Collectors Set Giveaway #1, presented by Bakersfield Californian.
The first 3,000 fans in attendance will
receive the limited edition strip of six Condors trading cards upon
entry. This is the first of a five-set series scheduled throughout the
season. Friday
is also the first ABC23, SC Architect and Kern County Firefighters Condors Classroom Champions Night, dedicated
to giving complimentary tickets to reward students who achieve outstanding
attendance levels.
The
weekend continues on Saturday with Rivalry Night/Poster Giveaway, sponsored by Fox Sports Radio 970. All
fans in attendance will receive a color
poster featuring Condors players and some of the team's biggest rivals.
The
Condors complete the weekend on Sunday, as Bright House Networks presents Cosmo & Wanda from Nickelodeon's the
Fairly OddParents. Cosmo & Wanda will be walking around the
arena and will be available for pictures in the Condors Photo Booth.
Following the game, all fans are invited down to the rink for a free Skate with the
Team. Feel free to bring your own skates. Limited rentals are also available
for $5.
Following every game, Condors players will
be at the Bakersfield Marriott Autograph Booth, located on the arena concourse
behind section 108. LW Mathieu Aubin
and C Maxime Macenauer will be at the booth on Wednesday, G Justin
Pogge and D John de Gray will be there on Friday, RW Dan Sexton
and D Sasha Pokulok will be at the booth Saturday and C MacGregor
Sharp and G Timo Pielmeier will be at the booth on Sunday. The players will arrive at the booth
approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game to meet fans and sign
autographs.
All Condors games can be heard live on ESPN 1230, or through live
streaming on B2 Networks and www.bakersfieldcondors.com. Log on to www.espnbakersfield.com or www.bakersfieldcondors.com to
listen from the drop of the puck. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday's games
will all be televised live on Bright House Networks Ch. 21, with Wednesday's
game also replayed that night at 7 p.m. All BHN games are available starting
the following day on Ch. 300, Bakersfield On Demand, and will be posted until
the end of the season.
Ticket Information:
Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through
the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday
through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game
days. The box office will open at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday and noon on
Sunday for the special start times. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at
1-800-745-3000, online at Bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster
location. Season tickets, mini-plans and group outings are available at
the Condors office located at 1001 Truxtun Avenue or by calling 324-PUCK
(7825), and season ticket holders should be sure to inquire about the "Who Ya
Bringing?" program to earn cash back.
Season
ticket and mini-plans, starting at just $42, are also on sale. Fans can make Condors season tickets even
more affordable by using Extended AutoPay, which is a program that allows you
to spread your payments out through February, 2010. Purchase discounted tickets when you bring a group of 20 or
more out to a Condors game. Stop by the Condors office or
call 324-PUCK (7825) for remaining seat availability.
