Michael, 27, started with the Condors in Dec. 2003 and is in his fourth season with the organization. He began his tenure as an account executive and is now Director of Corporate Partnerships. His responsibilities include designing and selling corporate marketing plans and client entertainment packages, as well as training, developing & motivating the sales staff. On game days his duties range from coordinating the zamboni pattern for the preferred ice surface chosen by Marty Raymond, to promotional set-up, while also focusing on the fan experience.
Prior to joining the Condors, Michael worked as Assistant Head Baseball Coach at Paine College in Augusta, GA, and also as a high school teacher, voice coach and tractor driver. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Paine College in May of 2003 with a degree in Business Management, and was also an honorary graduate of Game Face Sports Academy in Portland in Nov. 2003 after leading the academy in sales. He currently serves as a member of the Active 20/30 Club and also helps coordinate the Condors jersey auctions that benefit local charities. He resides in Bakersfield with his lovely wife Sara, their son Rane, and their watch dog, Madison.
