Dear Season Ticket Holder,
Thank you once again for your continued support of the Bakersfield Condors. As we advance further into the technological age we are excited to announce that this year our renewals will be done online.
To renew your season tickets for 2013-2014 follow the steps below:
- Visit https://tickets.bakersfieldcondors.com/
- Click the “Log-in to get started” button
- Enter your e-mail address and password
NOTE: If this is your first time using our Ticket Portal you can reset your password by clicking the link: “Forgot password? First time to our new ticket portal? Click here to have your password reset.” Enter your email address and we’ll send you an automatic e-mail with a link to reset your password. If the system does not recognize your e-mail address, or if you do not receive the reset password e-mail, please contact your Ticket Rep for assistance.
- Once you have successfully logged into the Condors Ticket Portal you will see a pending order for your 2013-14 Season Tickets
- Select the “renew now” button next to your 2013-14 Season Tickets order and begin the checkout process. You will have the option to pay in full or setup a payment plan.
$1 Sodas & Exclusive Gifts (full & mini)
We are bringing back a couple of early renewal incentives for all season ticket holders as well as introducing a couple of new ones. When you renew your seats you will once again receive an exclusive Season Ticket Holder Cup for each seat you renew. This 20 oz. cup can be used during any remaining 2012-13 games for $1 sodas (no limit). So, the sooner you renew, the more games you will be able to take advantage of this cup.
In addition to securing your same great seat before the March 31st deadline, we will be offering an array of great gifts to all renewing full season ticket holders who do one of the following:
- pay in full
- sign up for one of our Auto Pay options
- sign up for invoicing and pay off their remaining balance prior to September 30th
Renewing full season ticket holders will receive their gifts based upon the number of years you have been a season ticket holder:
15 + years: receive a Condors jacket or pick any combination of the items below. (Ex: If you have four (4) seats you can choose 2 jackets and 2 jerseys.)
10-14 years: receive a Condors STH jersey
5-9 years: receive a Condors Duffle Bag
2-4 years: receive a Condors Cap
These great gifts are per seat! So if you have 4 seats, you’ll receive 4 gifts! We will contact you after we receive your online renewal confirmation or feel free to contact your Account Representative to give them your preference.
EARLY RENEWAL BENEFITS FOR 2013-14
Double Your Playoff Tickets! (full only)
Season Ticket Holders who renew their tickets by February 28th will receive twice the amount of contracted tickets for the 1st four home games of the Kelly Cup playoffs for LIFE, as long as you continue renew your season tickets. EX: If you have 4 seats, you’ll receive 8 tickets for the 1st four games of the Kelly Cup playoffs for LIFE!
Exclusive Renewal Party With The Team! (full & mini)
The Condors will be hosting an EXCLUSIVE Skate with the Team Renewal Party on Saturday, March 16th. Beverages & lunch will be provided and you’ll have an EXCLUSIVE opportunity to skate around & hangout with your favorite Condor players. ONLY THOSE SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WHO HAVE RENEWED PRIOR TO THIS EVENT MAY ATTEND!!
Free Merchandise! (full only)
Finally, you will receive $1 in Merchandise Credit for every day you sign up before the March 31st deadline. EX: If you renew your tickets on February 15th you’ll receive a $45 merchandise gift certificate, (because it’s 45 days before the March 31st deadline).
