Thank you once again for your continued support of the Bakersfield Condors.
Although this season hasn’t gone as planned on the ice, the entire Condors organization is committed to you having a positive experience as a season ticket holder. As a Full Season Ticket Holder, your support is crucial to the sustainability of our team. As we begin preparations for our 15th anniversary season, we are excited to announce new additions to our season ticket holder benefits list.
$1 Soda, Cards & Exclusive Gifts
We are introducing a couple early renewal incentives for all season ticket holders. When you renew your seats, you will receive an exclusive Season Ticket Holder Cup. This 20 oz. cup can be used during any remaining 2011-12 Condors games for $1 fill ups on soft drinks (no limit). So the sooner you renew the more games you will be able to take advantage of this cup. You will also receive a set of Condors Jumbo Player Cards.
In addition to securing your same great seat before the March 31st deadline, we will be offering an array of great gifts to all renewing full season ticket holders who pay in full, sign up for one of our AutoPay options, or sign up for invoicing and pay off their remaining balance prior to September 30th. Renewing season ticket holders will receive their gifts associated by the number of years of being season ticket holders:

10-14 years receive a Condors STH Jersey
5-9 years receive a Condors Travel Bag

These great gifts are per seat! So if you have 4 seats, you’ll receive 4 gifts! The order form is located on the back of your renewal agreement, or you can call the Condors Office to renew and your account rep will fill out the form for you.
More New Benefits for 2012-13
Season ticket holders will be able to redeem their 20% off merchandise coupon at the merchandise stand during any Condors home games, in addition to the Team Store.
Parking – Season ticket holders may purchase a season long parking pass for only $150, a savings of $66!
The Condors organization has also released the New Ticket Referral Plan Program. You can now earn big bucks by referring new Season Ticket Holders all year round. Click here for more information.
To retain your seat location and take advantage of the above offers, simply renew your seats by March 31st by returning the renewal packet you received in the mail, dropping it off at our Customer Service Table during the next Condors Home game, or call your Condors Account Manager at 324-PUCK (7825). In the interest of continuity we recently hired Callie Hargis as our Ticket and Service Representative. In addition to your account manager, Callie will be your personal season ticket concierge and is in the front office and on the concourse to make your experience the very best possible. Feel free to stop by the customer service table at the games and introduce yourself if you don’t already know her.
