Attention Mini Plan Holders!
With the release of the 2008-09 Schedule and the Mini
Plan packages, Weekender and Saturday Assist plans are
able to secure their seat location earlier than ever
before! All Weekender and Saturday Plans can now secure
their seat location by renewing with at least a 20%
deposit. If you are a 6 game plan holder, you will be
able to secure your seat location on June 1st. To renew
your Mini Plan seats, call the Condors Ticket Office
at 661-324-7825.
Season Ticket Credits and Refunds
Attention Full Season Ticket and Weekender
plan holders! As the season ended earlier than we had
hoped, you have some money coming to you. Included in
the price of your 2007-08 season tickets investment
were the first four home playoff games to be played
at Rabobank Arena. With the Condors having played three
of the four games, you have a credit for the fourth
game.
This total will automatically be applied to your 2008-09
season ticket purchase, deducted from your August 1,
2008 payment. You may also choose to deduct this total
from your contract if you wish to pay in full by Wednesday,
April 30.
Should you prefer a refund, please notify us in writing
by Friday, June 13, 2008. To request a refund you may
send a request with your account name and address via
mail, via fax to 324-6929, or you can e-mail your account
manager. Refunds will be processed immediately following
the June 13 deadline and will be mailed out shortly
thereafter. Listed below are the refund rates:
Club – $23 / ticket
Glass – $22 / ticket
Rinkside – $19 / ticket
Executive – $15 / ticket
Mezzanine – $13 / ticket
Terrace – $10 / ticket
Terrace Senior/Youth – $7 / ticket
Extended Playoff Action Plans were only signed up for
with credit cards. No credit cards were charged, so
refunds for the Extended Playoff Action plans do not
apply.

Renew your season tickets today!
Full-season ticket holder renewals were sent
out via mail on March 1. Those simply placing a 20%
deposit on their 2008-09 seats by April 30 will receive
a Condors 10th Anniversary DVD, a historic look back
at the past 10 years in Condorstown! Additionally, those
paying in full by April 30 or signing up for AutoPay,
which is a program that is set up for automatic payments
to a credit or debit card, will receive a Condors Polar
Fleece Blanket (50" X 60"), as an extra gift!
AutoPay is not a new program, but by popular request
this season, several different payment options are now
available for AutoPay and each qualify for the blanket.
Flashco Board Room
Condors Season Ticket Holders who purchased Club seats
in sections 104, 105, 112 and 113 will have access to
the FLASHCO Board Room. Glass Seat holders also get
access to Board Room. Admittance to the board room is
a privilege (not a right) and is on a first-come first-serve
basis for tables and seating locations.
Season Ticket Lanyards
As a convenience to Condors Season Ticket Holders we
have issued a special ticket lanyard in your season
ticket packages. Please wear your lanyard with your
ticket to help ushers in securing your appropriate seating
location. |
