Condors Rewind – Ryan Annesley
Known as “Ace” around the locker room, rookie defenseman Ryan Annesley proved to be a quality addition to the Condors blue line after being acquired from Cincinnati in mid-January along with F Evan Trupp for C Mathew Sisca and future considerations (Alain Goulet).
Annesley flourished in all situations during his first season in Condorstown. Strong in all three zones, Annesley was a key cog on the power play, penalty kill, and even strength situations for the Condors. He finished with 14 points (3g-11a) in 30 games with Bakersfield and 21 points (4g-17a) overall in 50 games played, good for second among defensemen on the team in scoring.
