CONDORS v. SAN FRAN – GAME PREVIEW TONIGHT

Tuesday night, Nov. 20, the Condors host the San Francisco Bulls for Toy Drive Night, sponsored by My 45, 92.1 Max FM and R & D Leather Furniture. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate at the game and get in for just A BUCK. The toys will be donated to Toys 4 Tots. TONIGHT

The Bakersfield Condors conclude a four-game homestand with 
their fifth meeting of the season against the San Francisco Bulls tonight. The Condors are 1-1-0-1 thus far on their four-game home slate. This is game number 17 for the Condors and home game number nine. San Francisco and Bakersfield will meet 12 times total on the season with six contests in Condorstown.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

Trailing 3-2 entering the third period of play Saturday night, the Condors rallied to tie Ontario 3-3 on the strength of a F Jacob Lagace goal. After a scoreless overtime, the Reign would collect the extra point, scoring twice to the Condors once in a shootout. It was the fifth game in six outings that the Condors collected a point, with four of those games being decided in a shootout.

The Bulls had a busy weekend, with a three-in-three set on home ice against Idaho and Utah. The Bulls went 2-1-0-0 on the weekend, including using a buzzer-beating tally on Sunday to force overtime and eventually beat the Grizzlies.

CONDORS NOTES

D Olivier Dame-Malka was a plus-3 (+3) in Saturday’s game, a season-high for the Condors in one game… The Condors had three players record multiple-point games on Saturday with linemates F Jacob Lagace (1g-1a), C Levi Nelson (1g-1a), and RW Tyler Brenner (0g-2a) each putting up multi-point efforts… F Peter Boyd has found the scoring touch, leading the ECHL with four shootout goals (4/5, 80%)… RW Tyler Brenner now has eight points (3g-5a) in six games… D Tyson Gimblett is third in the ECHL with 67 penalty minutes… G Scott Greenham leads the league with three shootout victories.

BULLS NOTES
San Francisco is 4-3-0-0 at home, but just 1-7-0-2 away from the Cow Palace… The Bulls have surrendered the most goals in the league with 73 against… G Thomas Heemskerk is third in the ECHL among goaltenders with 728 minutes and has made the most saves with 384… F Dean Ouellet is tied for fifth among rookies in scoring with 13 points (5g-8a)… F Kris Belan leads all rookies in penalty minutes with 58 and major penalties with six.
