Condors home opener Friday, Oct. 18 – full schedule released
“We’re really excited about the schedule this season with 30 of 36 home games falling on the weekend or on holidays,” said Condors President Matthew Riley. “It gives families the opportunity to enjoy fun, affordable, and entertaining nights out with something for everyone.”
The Condors home opener will see them face off against the Colorado Eagles at Rabobank Arena. The four-game month of October features three home games including a date with the only Eastern Conference team on the slate, the Florida Everblades, who come to town on Saturday, Oct. 26.
November features two Condors mainstays on the promotional calendar, both against the Stockton Thunder. On Thursday, Nov. 14 thousands of students will pack Rabobank Arena for the team’s annual Field Trip Day game starting at 10:30 a.m. On Saturday, Nov. 30, the fur will fly with the team’s 15th annual Teddy Bear Toss.
December sees the return of the team’s traditional Canadian holiday, Boxing Day, game on Thursday, Dec. 26, the day after Christmas.
The team hits the road for much of January, but does host one of its five Sunday games, on Jan.19, against Ontario. Sunday home games this season will start at 4 p.m.
On Monday, Feb. 17, the team hosts the Alaska Aces for our first-ever President’s Day matinee game beginning at 1 p.m.
March will be the busiest home month of the season for the team with eight games in Condorstown. Down the stretch, Bakersfield will play five games in the month of April including three against Las Vegas before wrapping up the season with a home-and-home series against Ontario.
