Brossoit assigned to Bakersfield by Edmonton

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors, owned by the Edmonton Oilers, announced today that G Laurent Brossoit has been reassigned to the team from the Oilers.

BROSSOIT – stats

  • Was called up to Edmonton last week and backed up G Ben Scrivens against the San Jose Sharks on Tuesday and the Anaheim Ducks on Friday
  • Made one start in Oklahoma City post-recall from Bakersfield, stopping 38 of 42 shots in a 5-3 loss to the Western Conference-leading Texas Stars on March 22
  • Returns to the ECHL where he has a record of 21-9-2, a 2.06 goals-against average (GAA), and a .924 save percentage
  • Among ECHL goalies: t-4th: wins (21), 2nd: GAA (2.06), t-1st: save% (.924), and 1st: shutouts (7)
