TONIGHT
The Bakersfield Condors look to use their home ice advantage to take a commanding lead over the Stockton Thunder, one night after taking a 3-2 victory in Game 1. Bakersfield was 6-4-1 against Stockton in the regular season and closed the season series with a 6-1-1 record over the final eight games.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
The Condors overcame a 2-0 second period deficit with three unanswered goals in Game 1 Friday night, to draw first blood in the best-of-seven series. C Joel Broda notched the eventual game-winner, five minutes into the third. Bakersfield fell behind in the first after former Condor F Nicholas Tremblay lit the lamp, and the Thunder padded their lead early in the second. Second period tallies by F Ryan Watson and F Chase Schaber pulled the Condors level before the end of 40 minutes.
