Reinhart assigned to Bakersfield

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced today that D Griffin Reinharthas been assigned to the team by the Edmonton Oilers. Reinhart was drafted in the 1st round (4th overall) of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the New York Islanders and was acquired by the Oilers this summer.

REINHARTstats (21 years old, 6’4″, 212 lbs., North Vancouver, British Columbia)

  • Played 12 games with the Oilers to begin 2015-16
  • Spent the majority of his rookie campaign with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL) with 22 points (7g-15a) in 59 games
  • Appeared in one NHL playoff game with the New York Islanders last season
  • Two-time Western Hockey League (WHL) Champion
  • Named WHL Playoffs MVP and captained the Edmonton Oil Kings to the 2014 Memorial Cup
