Kassian recalled by Edmonton

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced today that RW Zack Kassian has been recalled by the Edmonton Oilers. Bakersfield is home Friday night for No-Snow Globe Giveaway at 7 p.m. against Texas.


KASSIAN – stats (6’3″, 214 lbs. Windsor, Ontario, 24 years old)

  • Had one point, a goal, in four games with Bakersfield and six penalty minutes
  • Acquired by Edmonton from Montreal on Dec. 28
  • Has played in 198 NHL games since being drafted 13th overall by Buffalo in 2009

  • The first 2,000 fans, 5 and older, will receive a Condors No-Snow Globe presented by Comedy 800 AM
  • With the fact that it does not snow in Bakersfield and with the drought, we decided to just leave the water out
