RYAN McLEOD RECALLED TO OILERS TAXI SQUAD
The Edmonton Oilers announced forward Ryan McLeod has been recalled from the American Hockey League’s (AHL) Bakersfield Condors to Oilers taxi squad.
McLeod, 21, has appeared in 28 games with Bakersfield this season, recording 28 points (14G, 14A), 10 penalty minutes and +23 plus/minus rating.
The 6’3”, 195-pound forward also played in 15 games with EV Zug in the Swiss National League to begin the 2020-21 season, posting 11 points (4G, 7A), 10 penalty minutes and a +3 plus/minus rating.
A native of Mississauga, Ontario, McLeod has appeared in 84 career AHL games, registering 51 points (19G, 32A), 32 penalty minutes and a +23 plus/minus rating. He has also played in five AHL playoff games, notching three assists and a +2 plus/minus rating.
