GAME PREVIEW presented by Rodriguez & Associates

This is the second meeting of the season between the two, who just met last Friday in San Diego, a 3-2 shootout win for the Gulls. November features four of the six season matchups.

GRIFF KEEPS IT GOING

Seth Griffith has at least a point in every game this season and is currently on an AHL best 10-game point streak (5g-8a). He is the fourth Condors player to record at least a point in 10 straight games (Marody (2x), Gambardella, Benson). With 10 points, he leads the AHL in power-play points.

INSTANT CHEMISTRY

With the recent recall of Ryan McLeod necessitating line juggling, the Condors received immediate dividends from James Hamblin – Brad Malone – Cooper Marody on Wednesday. Hamblin scored his third of the season, Malone had his third four-point night as a Condor, and Marody had two assists. For Marody, it was his fourth multi-point game of the season.

FULLY CHARGED

The Condors power play is on its best streak of all-time with at least a goal in 10 straight games. Overall, Bakersfield is 11/45 (24.4%) and 7th in the AHL. On the flip side, San Diego is 4th at 27.3%.

THE OPPOSITION

San Diego has won two of three following a 6-3 win on home ice Wednesday over Henderson. Vinny Lettieri had three points (2g-1a) and Lukas Dostal stopped 24 of 27 for the win.
