Last night, Bakersfield beat San Diego in overtime, 2-1. Cooper Marody scored his 50th goal in the AHL and his fourth overtime goal as a Condor.

The Condors power play has scored in all 11 games this season. Overall at 23.5% (12/51) the team is 7th in the AHL.

KILLED IT OFF

Bakersfield’s penalty kill was 5/5 last night including two late third period kills. In two games, the unit it 9/9 against San Diego, who has the 5th best power play at 23.7%.

GRIFF STREAKS

Seth Griffith extended his point streak to 11 games (5g-9a) to start the season with an assist last night. It is the second longest streak for a Condors player in the AHL (Marody – 13, 2020-21).

OVERTIME SPECIALISTS

Cooper Marody’s overtime goal was the fourth of his career and the first since 2019 when he helped the team to their 15th consecutive win. Overall, the Condors are 7-1 in their last eight overtime games.
