Tonight’s match up:
The Condors wrap up a three-game series with the Steelheads this week with their match tonight, also the final meeting of the season between the two clubs. The Condors 6-2-1 record against Idaho on the year marks the first time since the 2005-06 campaign that Bakersfield has claimed the season series. The Condors recent 9-2-0 surge in their last 11 games has thrust them into the hunt for home ice advantage in the opening round of the Kelvs idaholy Cup Playoffs, and they have gone from 6th place in the Western Conference to just one point behind Idaho for 3rd, and a chance to pass them tonight. The Condors officially clinched a playoff spot last night.
