Raphael Lavoie (13th, 14th, 15th, 16th) and Ty Tullio (10th, 11th, 12th) each recorded hat tricks and the Bakersfield Condors (22-23-4, 48pts) cruised to a 7-3 win over the San Diego Gulls (14-35-1, 29pts) on Sunday. It is the first time the Condors have had two players record hat tricks in the same game. Lavoie’s four goals are the most in a game for a Condors AHL player.
Tullio added an assist for a career-high four points. Seth Griffith had four assists.
Tyler Benson extended his point streak to five games with an assist. Noah Philp had three helpers and has 10 points in eight games.
Bakersfield is now 11-5-3 since January 1 and went 3-1-0 on a four-game road trip.
