Bakersfield started the week with a win on Wednesday, 3-1 over the Abbotsford Canucks. Justin Bailey scored twice and Olivier Rodrigue stopped 29 of 30 shots for his 11th win of the season.

The Condors are 18-9-3 (.650) in their last 30 games.

Bakersfield’s penalty kill went 4/4 on Wednesday and is 13th in the league at 81.6%.
BAILED OUT
Justin Bailey scored twice against his former club on Wednesday. He has six goals in nine March games and is three shy of reaching the 20-goal plateau for the fourth time in his AHL career.
PLAYOFFS? PLAYOFFS?!
With 11 games left in the regular season, the Condors sit in sixth in the Pacific Division. Bakersfield begins the day five points back of fifth place Ontario, but they have two games in hand on the Reign. Abbotsford and Colorado are tied on points for third in the division, but the Eagles have two games in hand.
The Condors magic number to clinch a playoff berth is 14. That number goes down with points gained by the Condors or lost by San Jose.

The Condors have won four straight at home and are 12-2-2 in their last 16 home games.
HOLLYWOOD
Dylan Holloway is expected to return to the Condors lineup tonight after being injured in his season debut over a month ago. The 14th overall pick in the 2020 NHL Draft, Holloway has nine points (3g-6a) in 51 NHL games this season.
CARL … GOOD TO SEE YOU
Carl Berglund is expected to make his professional debut for the Condors tonight. The 23-year old Swedish center was signed to a two-year NHL deal by Edmonton which begins next season. He had 27 points (12g-15a) in 36 games at UMass-Lowell this season.
ON THE OTHER SIDE
San Jose sits three points out of a playoff spot with 10 games remaining on the season. They were swept in Colorado during the midweek. Artemi Kniazev leads the team with 10 points (1g-9a) in 10 March games. Bakersfield has won three of the last four in the season series.
