The Condors signed winger Ethan de Jong to a two-year American Hockey League (AHL) contract beginning with the 2023-24 season. The 23-year old helped Quinnipiac capture their first NCAA Championship earlier this month.
A native of North Vancouver, British Columbia, de Jong played five seasons with the Bobcats and finished third on the team in scoring this season with 40 points (19g-21a) in 41 games. He had three points (1g-2a) in four NCAA Tournament games, including a goal in the national semifinal victory over Michigan.
In 184 collegiate games, he compiled 144 points (61g-83a) for Quinnipiac.
