CONDORS SIGN SAM GAGNER
Gagner has played 1,015 NHL games over 16 professional seasons
The Bakersfield Condors have signed winger Sam Gagner to a one-year American Hockey League contract. It is Gagner’s second stint in Bakersfield, having previously played four games in 2019 with the club on a conditioning assignment from the Edmonton Oilers.
A 34-year old native of London, Ontario, Gagner has played 1,015 NHL games over 16 professional seasons with 527 points (192g, 327a). He was originally selected in the first round (6th overall) in the 2007 NHL Draft by Edmonton. Last season, Gagner played 48 games with the Winnipeg Jets scoring eight times and added six assists for 14 points. He will wear number 89 with Bakersfield.
