No dice for Bakersfield in Las Vegas, they fall 4-1
The home team struck for a pair of goals in the middle stanza to take a multiple goal lead. F Ash Goldie at 6:15 and D Mike Madill at 13:03 (on the power play) both bested Condors G Matt Keetley to make it 3-1 through two periods. Wranglers G Mitch O’Keefe stopped all seven Condors shots to hold the lead.
Las Vegas extended the lead in the opening minutes of the third, with F Ryan Weston jamming in a power play goal at 1:53 to make it 4-1. Meanwhile the Wranglers ‘D’ did the rest, shutting down the Condors attack to the tune of just one shot on goal in the first 15 minutes of the period, dousing any thoughts of a Condors comeback.
