Condors Sign Defenseman Scott Enders
“Scott comes highly recommended by Dallas Ferguson, his college coach,” said Condors Head Coach Matt O’Dette. “He’s a two-way, reliable defenseman who will fit in nicely with our group.”
The 6’0″, 195 lbs. blue-liner recently concluded a four-year career for the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. In 144 games played, he recorded nine goals and added 32 assists for 41 points. The Edmonton, Alberta native reached the double-digit point plateau in each of his last three seasons. In 2009-10, he helped lead the Nanooks to their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance.
As a freshman, he was a teammate of former Condors C Adam Naglich who spent two seasons in Condorstown.
Prior to his college career, the 23 year old played two seasons in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) for the Lloydminster Bobcats where he scored 13 goals and chipped in with 43 assists for 56 points in 115 games played.
