Condors games in Abbotsford postponed

The American Hockey League today announced that the games between the Bakersfield Condors and Abbotsford Canucks scheduled for Friday, Nov. 19 (AHL Game #192) and Sunday, Nov. 21 (AHL Game #214) have been rescheduled due to the ongoing state of local emergency in the City of Abbotsford.

Cooper Marody scoerd his 50th AHL goal at 1:41 of overtime to give the Bakersfield Condors (5-4-2, 12pts) a 2-1 road win against the San Diego Gulls (3-5-1, 7pts). Philip Broberg had two assists and Brad Malone scored on the power play.

The Bakersfield Condors host the San Diego Gulls for Military Appreciation Night, on Saturday at 7 p.m. on Dignity Health Mercy and Memorial Hospitals Home Ice at Mechanics Bank Arena. The game is presented by 23ABC, 107.9 KUZZ, and Berry, Smith & Bartell.

GAME RECAP: Stockton 5, Condors 4 (OT)

The Bakersfield Condors (4-4-2, 10pts) erased a two-goal deficit to force overtime, but fell 5-4 to the Stockton Heat (8-0-1, 17pts) who earned their 8th win in a row on Wednesday night. Brad Malone had four points (2g-2a) while Seth Griffith (5g-8a) extended his point streak to an AHL-high 10 games to start the season. Bakersfield's power play continued a run of scoring to start the year with their 11th power-play tally.
