CONDORS IN THE COMMUNITY: Condors to host Trick or Treat station at Safe Halloween Wednesday & Thursday

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29:

 

Baby Cal will visit with the students at Colonel Nichols Elementary during their lunch hour from 11a.m – 12:30 p.m.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30:

Visit the Condors Trick or Treat station at 28th Annual Safe Halloween held at the Kern County Museum, 3801 Chester,  from 5 – 9 p.m. October 30th and 31st. The event features a haunted house, children’s activities and of course, plenty of candy!

 

 

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31:
Baby Cal will celebrate with area special needs students at the Halloween Bash held at Bakersfield East High, 2200 Quincy St., beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Condors mascot Baby Cal will join Family Fun Night at Olive Drive Church, 5500 Olive Drive, starting at 5:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2: 
Colonel Claw’d and Community Relations Assistant Rachel Anderson will take part in the Kaiser Permanente Get Fit Health and Wellness Expo, 8800 Ming Avenue, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Baby Cal will need some fancy footwork to avoid being hit at the Boys and Girls Club of Kern County Dodgeball Tournament being held at the Armstrong Youth Center, 801 Niles Street from 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Teams will compete for the golden dodgeball trophy and raise funds to help more children attend summer day camp at no cost.

Two Condors players will tee off in the 5th Annual Westchester Kiwanis Golf Tournament at Rio Bravo Country Club at 11 a.m. The tournament is a fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club who support the children of Kern Country through various activities.

 

CONDORS COAT COLLECTION:  Bring a new or gently used coat to the Condors home game on Sunday, November 10th at 4 p.m. and receive $1 admission.  Coats will be donated to The Mission at Kern County and distributed to persons in need.

 
MARK YOUR CALENDARS:

The Condors Booster Club is hosting a Bunco Party on Wednesday, November 13th at the Melodrama. Condors fans can enjoy game night with the players and win great prizes! The event begins at 5:45 p.m., doors close at 6 p.m. Tickets are available at the Booster Club table during Condors home games and are $20.00,  which includes a $5.00 coupon redeemable for food.
