Colonel Claw’d visited Berkshire Elementary School this morning and participated in the school’s jog-a-thon! Let’s hope Colonel’s legs aren’t too tired as he has plenty of appearances this week!
Colonel Claw’d and Condors staff will provide some tricks and treats at the Ambassadors for Christ Church’s Safe Halloween event from 7-8 p.m., located at 6200 District Boulevard. Colonel promises not to be too scary!
Friday Nov. 4
Come check out the Bakersfield High School Drillers football team as they take on Stockdale at 7 p.m. The Condors will make a special presentation during halftime to benefit the Kern County Child Protective Services. Bakersfield High School is located at 1241 G Street in downtown Bakersfield. It should be a great night of football action as the Drillers and Mustangs clash on the gridiron. Get there early and don’t miss out on seeing the Condors at halftime!
Saturday Nov. 5
Baby Cal and Condors staff will cheer on walkers at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Greater Los Angeles Chapter’s Walk to Cure Diabetes at Yokuts Park beginning at 8:30 a.m. The walk’s goal is to raise over $200,000. Come get some exercise and support a great cause! Yokuts Park is located just off Empire Drive, north of the Truxton Ave. extension.
Sunday Nov. 6
The Condors will head to the soccer fields for the AYSO VIP soccer matches at the Bakersfield Sports Village located on Taft Highway between Ashe and Gosford Rd. from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. The VIP program provides a quality soccer experience and community-based soccer program for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities.
Condors on the Road:
Bakersfield hits the road for three games in Alaska, beginning on Wednesday, November 2nd at 8:15 p.m. Catch all the action on Fox Sports Radio 970 AM, www.foxsports970am.com, or on the iheartradio app on your smartphone.

Coat Collection – November 10th
Clear out some space in the closets for your Halloween decorations by donating a new or slightly used coat for families in need when the Condors host the Idaho Steelheads on November 10th at 7 p.m. Fans who donate a coat will receive $1.00 terrace-level tickets to the game, presented by 98.5 The Fox and Goodwill Industries Project Warm Families.
