Tonight’s match up:
The Condors play the second game of a two-game home series against the Stockton Thunder tonight, with an opportunity to climb into second place in the Pacific Division. The Condors have won five consecutive games – a streak that includes two wins against the Thunder – while Stockton has dropped four straight and are clinging to a one-point advantage over the Condors in the standings. 
Bakersfield is 3-3-0 against the Thunder this season, with the home team winning all six games. The Condors are 30-17-3 all-time against Stockton.

The Condors have now won five straight games for their longest winning streak since Feb. 11-18 last season… Last night’s 1-0 victory was their first 1-0 win since Feb. 11, 2005 vs. Fresno… LW Brad Snetsinger recorded an assist and five shots on goal in his Condors debut last night… D Evan Stoflet has recorded half of his points (1g-3a-4pts) in the five games he has played against Stockton this season, with 1g-3a-4pts in 18 games against the rest of the league… F Michael Gergen makes his Condors debut tonight after being signed today. He is eligible to be activated this Wednesday… D Joey Ryan was transferred from the 7-day to the 21-day IR on Wednesday. He is eligible to be activated on Jan. 10… The Condors acquired LW Brad Snetsinger from Utah on Tuesday in exchange for future considerations… C Joel Broda and C Pete Zingoni were both reassigned to Houston (AHL) by Minnesota on Dec. 20.
