The Condors face the Aces for the third time this season, with both of the previous two matchups also being played at Rabobank Arena. The contest features two of the hottest teams in the Western Conference, as Bakersfield has won 10 of its last 13 games, and the
Aces have rattled off wins in 10 of their last 12. These two teams have met a whopping 136 times in their series history, dating back to the mid-1990’s and the WCHL days. In the all-time series, the Condors are 59-61-16 against the Aces. Since joining the ECHL, 57 games have been played, with Bakersfield going 25-25-7.

Condors leading scorer LW Brad Snetsinger was suspended for two games by the ECHL for his hit on Stockton LW Garet Hunt on Wednesday. He will miss both home games this weekend… RW Erick Lizon played his first game with Bakersfield since December 11 on Wednesday, engaging in a fight with LW Jesse Gimblett just 4 seconds into the game. It was the second fight of the night, as RW Pascal Morency dropped the mitts with LW Garrett Hunt 2 seconds into the game… The loss in Stockton on Wednesday marked the first time since the beginning of December that the Condors have lost two games in a row… C Pete Zingoni is on a three game goal streak with four goals during that span, tying C Rylan Kaip for the longest of the season… RW Pascal Morency continues to lead the league in shooting percentage, firing at 30.6%.

D Joe Rullier was activated from the 3-day IR today… D Erik Burgdoerfer was placed on the 3-day IR today… D Joey Ryan was activated from the 21-day IR on Wednesday… RW Erick Lizon was released from his PTO by Worcester and returned to the Condors on Tuesday… G Josh Tordjman was recalled by Houston (AHL) on Saturday… G Brian Stewart was assigned to the Condors from Adirondack (AHL) Friday… F Jean-Marc Beaudoin remains on the 7-day IR and C Rylan Kaip remains on the 21-day IR, but both are eligible to be activated.
