Comments: It was great to see Maury there for the older fans. But a false statement about having a current player there as well guess it was used to get more fans in the seats. I hope you guys sleep well knowing that the false statements on TV and Radio were out there. If you guys knew in advance it should have been relayed to the public as I know there were lots of upset fans….

Reply: No one here in the Condors office meant to be deceiving or misguided. We too were disappointed that “the current Dodger” wasn’t able to attend – there were several that we were chasing – but we did everything in our power to get one here and it just kept falling through on us. We didn’t find out until the day before the game and by that time, it was obviously too late to change any advertising.

Hopefully everyone still had a fun time at the game, and meeting Maury Wills and getting an autograph from him certainly isn’t an everyday opportunity.
