$2,500 donated to Erskine Fire relief

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced today that the team’s charitable arm, the Condors Community Foundation, will donate $2,500 to Erskine Fire relief efforts as a result of the team’s recent auction of six game-worn jerseys. An Iiro Pakrinen jersey has been relisted with proceeds to benefit relief efforts and can be bid here.
ERSKINE FIRE DONATION

  • The Condors Community Foundation will donate the proceeds to the First Baptist Church of Lake Isabella, the Kern River Valley Rotary Club, the American Red Cross, and Kern River Valley Elks Lodge #2358
  • The Erskine Fire, now 100% contained, burned over 48,000 acres east of Bakersfield, destoryed over 300 structures, and killed two people near Lake Isabella
  • An Iiro Pakarinen jersey was won at auction, but never paid for and has been relisted on EBay with proceeds still to benefit fire relief efforts; bid here. The auction will last only five days and ends on Monday morning.
