Brossoit called up to Edmonton Oilers
CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Edmonton Oilers, owners of the Bakersfield Condors, announced today that G Laurent Brossoit,who has spent the majority of the 2013-14 season with the Condors, was brought up to the Oilers on an emergency recall today. The Oilers are in action on home ice Tuesday against San Jose.
Brossoit, 21, was 21-9-2-0 in the ECHL this season with a 2.06goals-against average (GAA) and a .924 save percentage.
At the time of his recall to Oklahoma City last Thursday, the Surrey, British Columbia native led the ECHL in shutouts (7), was 2nd in GAA, 3rd in save%, and 3rd in wins.
