Brossoit named to ECHL All-Rookie Team
CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors, owned by the Edmonton Oilers, announced today that G Laurent Brossoithas been named to the ECHL All-Rookie Team. Brossoit becomes the fourth Condor in the ECHL era to be named to the team joining G Brian Stewart (2010-11), F Matthew Pope (2008-09), and F Todd Griffith (2006-07).
BROSSOIT – stats; 21 years old from Surrey, British Columbia
- Has made 36 appearances with a record of 24-9-2, a 2.05goals-against average (GAA), and a .924 save percentage
- Among all ECHL goalies: T-1st wins (24), 1st shutouts (8), 2nd GAA (2.05), t-2nd sv% (.924)
- His eight shutouts tied an ECHL single-season record only accomplished by two other goalies in the league’s 26-year history
- His three consecutive shutouts from Nov. 2 – Dec. 18 and his 211:17 shutout streak ranks fourth all-time
- Named ECHL Goaltender of the Week on three occasions (Nov. 3, Dec. 29, & Jan. 19)
- Under NHL contract with the Edmonton Oilers

- This game was scheduled for Dec. 7, which was postponed. For Season Ticket Holders who had the Dec. 7 game in their ticket packet, tickets for this game are available in the Condors front office. For all other fans that still have the Dec. 7 game ticket in hand, turn that ticket into the box office for a ticket to Sunday’s game
