Condors deal Koger, Meilleur & rights to Walker
CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors made a series of trades leading up to the ECHL Trade Deadline. F Daniel Koger, D Francis Meilleur and the rights to D David Walker have all been dealt. These trades wrap up the team’s busy deadline activity.
Bakersfield traded Koger to the Florida Everblades in exchange for future considerations. Koger, 23, was acquired by the Condors on Dec. 17 from South Carolina in exchange for F Robby Dee. In 35 games with Bakersfield, the Hungarian-born winger posted 3g-5a-8pts.
Meilleur, 22, was traded to the Las Vegas Wranglers for future considerations. The Montreal native is in his second professional season and had 11 points in 50 games on the Condors blueline.
The deal involving the rights to Walker has also been made for future considerations. Walker, who’s rights were acquired from the Toledo Walleye on Nov. 17, has yet to take the ice this season. His rights now shift to Ontario, where he formerly spent three seasons.
