LOVELAND, Colo. – The Bakersfield Condors (23-27-3-5, 54pts), owned by the Edmonton Oilers, pulled to within one late in the third period, but could not equalize and fell, 3-1, to the Colorado Eagles (38-19-0-3, 79pts) on Saturday night at the Budweiser Events Center.
D Nick Pageau fought in the first period and D Gabriel Verpaelst fought in the second. It was his second fight of the year for Pageau, the 13th of the year for Verpaelst, and the 45th and 46th of the season in 58 games for the Condors.
