CONDORS SIGN GAMBARDELLA & MANTHA
CONDORSTOWN, Calif. – The Bakersfield Condors announced today that the team has signed F Joe Gambardella and D Ryan Mantha to amateur try-out agreements (ATO). Gambardella will wear #10 while Mantha will wear #6 with the team.

GAMBARDELLA
- 5’10”, 200 lbs., and a native of Staten Island, New York (24 years old)
- Signed a two-year, entry level contract on March 28 with the Edmonton Oilers which will begin next season
- Led the UMass-Lowell River Hawks in scoring this season with a career-high 52 points (18g-34a) in 41 games
- Named to the Hockey East All-Tournament Team and helped lead the River Hawks a 2016-17 Hockey East Tournament title
- Received the Walter Brown Award given to the top American-born collegiate player in New England

MANTHA
- 6’5″, 225 lbs., and a native of Clarkston, Michigan (20 years old)
- Signed a three-year, entry level contract with the Oilers on March 1
- Captain of the Niagara IceDogs (OHL) and was second on the team in scoring with 58 points (17g-41a) in 65 games
- Had 108 points (32g-76a) in 182 games with Niagara
- Drafted in the 4th round (#104 overall) by the New York Rangers in the 2014 NHL Draft
