The Condors got two goals from first-round pick Xavier Bourgault
The Bakersfield Condors began the preseason with a 3-2 overtime loss against the San Jose Barracuda.
Xavier Bourgault scored twice for the Condors, including a game-tying goal in the third period on the power play. Ethan De Jong and James Hamblin had the helpers on the first goal and Matvey Petrov and Ty Tullio assisted on the power-play tally.

Bakersfield is in San Jose tomorrow night to conclude the preseason at 6 p.m. The Condors open the regular season on Friday, Oct. 13 in Coachella Valley against the Firebirds.
