PRE-SEASON GAME TONIGHT

The Bakersfield Condors play their only home pre-season gameprior to the 2012-13 campaign, tonight against the Stockton Thunder. Bakersfield will travel up the Central Valley for a 7:30 p.m. contest in Stockton tomorrow evening. The teams will meet 11 times in the regular season.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
Stockton has already suited up for the pre-season, with a 5-4 overtime win in San Francisco on Wednesday night. Trailing 2-0 in the second period, the Thunder scored four goals in the middle frame with F Harrison Reed collecting a pair. F Gabriel Levesque netted the overtime game-winner just :41 seconds into the extra frame.

CONDORS NOTES

RW Brett Perlini was signed earlier today…With Perlini’s addition, the Condors currently have five (5) players under contract who were drafted by NHL clubs (Perlini, Nelson, Toews, Rogalski, Dee)…The average age of the 24 players on the Condors roster is 23 years 9 months old…The youngest player is D Joe Rogalski at 20 years and 10 months old and the oldest is D Tyson Gimblett at 27 years and 8 months old.

THUNDER NOTES
The Thunder have nine returners from the 2011-12 season…D Ryan Constant returns to the Thunder after playing last season in Italy…Stockton is only affiliated with Edmonton this season after having a dual affiliation with San Jose last season…Matt Thomas returns behind the bench for his fourth season.
