The Bakersfield Condors have added two Edmonton Oilers draft picks to the roster prior to the Pacific Division Semifinals against Stockton, which start on Tuesday.
Tyler Tullio, 20 years old, was the captain of the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and has been reassigned by the Oilers. He had 42 goals, 44 assists, and 86 points in 65 games as the Gens leading scorer. Drafted in the 5th round (#126 overall) of the 2020 NHL Draft by Edmonton, the Lakeshore, Ontario native signed a three-year, NHL entry level contract with the Oilers on September 6, 2021. He will wear No. 10 with the Condors.
Jake Chaisson, 18 years old, had 18 points (6g-12a) in 20 games with the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League (WHL). A native of Abbotsford, British Columbia, Chiasson was drafted by Edmonton in the 4th round (#116 overall) of the 2021 NHL Draft. He has signed an amateur tryout with the Condors and will wear No. 13.
